How We Started


TCollaborate is part of TeamEx which started as an internal need; our parent company needed better Strategy Execution and accountability for all its operating businesses. We looked for available products but they were all just partial solutions, either Strategy or Execution focused (separating these made no business sense). We decided to transform the very best practices in Strategy Execution into a no-compromises, easy to use system.

We simplified the best ideas from Jim Collins "Good to Great", Jack Welch's "Winning", Kaplan/Norton's "Execution Premium", Charan's "Execution", Kim/Mauborgne's "Blue Ocean Strategy", and more into a seamless Strategy Execution System. Other CEOs and executives saw the system and wanted to use it to drive better performance in their own organizations and thus TeamEx was born.

Management Team


Mark Ramirez - President
Mark brings a full business background that began in sales/sales management for two Fortune 500 companies, the Campbell Soup Company and Johnson & Johnson (two divisions). From that foundation he entered into the start-up company environment progressively performing at high levels of sales management and executive management as Regional Sales Manager, VP of Sales, Director of Sales & Operations, Divisional GM and CEO Group Chairman. He has specialized and excelled in building high performing teams in the C-Suite Leadership arena and Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, CRM Software, EMR Software, E-Commerce and Call Center sectors. Mark earned a BA in Political Science from California State University, Chico and an MBA from St. Mary's College in Moraga, California.

Craig Burr - Director, Business Development
Craig has contributed to the performance, growth, and market leadership of a wide variety of both global and specialized professional information, SaaS and media services corporations such as AT&T, NT&T, Reed Elsevier, Maxwell-Macmillan and Nielsen. His corporate roles include SVP - Worldwide Product Sales for Reed Elsevier, President - Reed Information Services, President - SRDS, Managing Director of a Joint Venture of AT&T and NTT in Japan. Craig also founded and operated his own multimedia publishing business, First Access Media, operating several print and web media properties. He has earned a solid track record for large business unit turnarounds, corporate business unit startups, business transformations in digital media, numerous successful product launches and has expertise in the fusion of content to SaaS systems applications. He has led, created and contributed to significant joint ventures, partnerships and strategic alliances including AT&T / NTT in Japan, and Kompass - International publisher's consortium. He has managed large corporate sales teams with revenues in the hundreds of millions of dollars and has extensive experience in customer acquisition, customer relationship management, sales acceleration and lead generation innovation, and has led sales and marketing teams with locations in over 40 countries. Craig has lived and worked in Japan and has successfully conducted business across Europe, Asia, and North and South America. He has degrees from Albion College and a MBA from the University of Detroit.

Nicole Lobisco - Director of Marketing Services
Nicole has 14 years of experience in the media industry with a background in Advertising and Graphic Design. Before relocating to Atlanta, she spent 11 years with Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia as a Production Director. Most recently, Nicole was VP of Marketing & Sales at Signature Baskets & Gifts. Nicole has worked on several marketing campaigns for SMBs and serves as the Marketing Committee Chair for a nonprofit in Atlanta. She has a BA in Journalism from the University of South Carolina.
