Your team is at their best when YOU'RE leading with confidence, consistency, and strength. When major shifts or transitions occur, employee emotions vary and suddenly the workplace can feel tense, chaotic, and unorganized. This stress lessens productivity and affects everyone around the office. It is during these times of transition that management must lead with the most confidence and strength. Even when change is for the better, many people still struggle. Responding to the varied emotions and resistance of your team in the face of change is key to building a stronger, more adaptable workplace.
