Engineering a great exit is an art form. Most CEOs find our services invaluable in preparing for an exit, ensuring it is executed with precision, and following up so the integration is successful for maximum value to the seller. Because we live exits, we help you avoid the most common pitfalls common to most acquisitions. An experienced team pays for itself many times over in more bidders, higher exit values, a smoother closing, and fewer problems after the acquisition to maximize the value you are able to extract. Our team of consultants includes:
Ron Verni.
Ron led Peachtree Software's successful exit to Sage Group for $146 Million, then led Sage Software from $160 Million to over $1 Billion in revenue as their CEO. He has spearheaded the acquisition, integration and disposition of over 20 successful companies with good outcomes. Because of all the acquisitions and dispositions he has led, Ron has exceptional insight into how to maximize an exit and how to best position, execute, then integrate successful exits for maximum value to all stakeholders. Prior to Sage, Ron served as CEO of Corrigo, CEO of Peachtree Software, Vice President of ADP, CEO of EBS, and Founder/CEO of ASTEC. He currently serves on the boards of Craneware, Kewill, and On Deck Capital.
