Sponsorship Levels, Pricing and Signup?
Go to the Pricing/Signup page. Here is our W9 if needed for tax purposes.
What Times Can We Set Up?
Your table should be ready to go by the 7:30 am registration so judge accordingly. Onsite staff will be present from 6:30 am forward to assign 6-foot booth tables with skirts.
If Presenting?
Speaking opportunities are in front of the Entire audience (typically a 2-minute self/company introduction then as the sponsor you will have the privilege to introduce the next speaker or intro/moderate the next panel). We will provide the panel or next speakers bios ready to go. For your 2-minute session think of 2 things truly unique that you do and talk about those. Most presenters bring up key pain points the executives have, what bad things can happen if not addressed, and how you uniquely solve those pain points. Practice a couple of times before the event so the timing meets the time frame but does not appear rushed (fewer, more important issues are far more effective than covering a list of features). You can also place handouts at each seat before the event if wished.
Attendance and How Many Handouts To Bring?
Handouts are purely optional but expect between 80-130 participants depending on the size of the city.
What A/V and Where To Send Slides?
Both handheld and lavalier wireless mics, projector and wireless clicker will be provided. A central A/V coordinator will run all presenter slides from a central computer. Be sure to send your slides (if any) at least (2) days in advance in Powerpoint format (or if Apple send as PDFs) to Shelly@LeaderSummits.com
Will the Registration List Be Provided to Us?
Yes, you may receive the registration list immediately after the conference for follow-up purposes (complete with names, titles, companies, addresses, phones and emails). Request a copy immediately after the conference from Shelly@LeaderSummits.com
Are Any Other Marketing Services Available?
Yes, we can also send out email blasts to the targeted metro's IT Decision Makers on your behalf and/or rent to you the source database and emails for your CRM or prospecting use (in most mid-sized metros our IT Decision Maker file is approximately 10,000 contacts and in large metros between 20-30,000 contacts). Please inquire on pricing.
Participants' Main Goals of the Conference?

• Connect. Mingle with other top tech managers and leaders to pick up on best practices and new ideas.
