    Any team member can recognize any other for a job well done. Use this function anytime you see a fellow team member do something great to spotlight their performance and say "good job". Everyone's entries are automatically remembered in the recipient's next appraisal as well.

  • My Initiatives Watch
    This function allows team members who are contributing beyond their required duties to both better plan and record their additional initiatives. It also provides them with built-in collaboration tools to accelerate their initiatives and is automatically remembered in their next appraisal.

  • Appraisals Watch
    Few managers and team members can remember all the details of their performance throughout an appraisal period. Fortunately we can. Everything is remembered such as performance on goals, kudos by others, great ideas, thoughts, initiatives and more. It provides the fairest, most accurate appraisal possible.

  • Mgt. Support Watch
    Employee recognition is critical to both enabling a high performance team and reducing loss of top performers. Use this section to set goals by manager and remind them to still thank and recognize employees
    regardless of how busy things become. Be
    sure to record any recognition using the "Recognize" tab for credit.
